Terms of Service

1. Who we are

"Free Invoice Generator," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Iftikhar Ahmad, operating as an independent freelancer based in Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at ifikhan171@gmail.com or +966 56 248 2097 (WhatsApp and phone).

2. What the Service does

Free Invoice Generator ("the Service") lets you create, send, and track invoices, including VAT calculations and ZATCA-formatted invoices for Saudi Arabia, either as a subscribed account holder or through the no-signup "Pay As You Go" tool for one-off invoices.

Important limitation: the Service helps you format invoices and calculate VAT based on information you provide. It does not verify your VAT registration status, does not submit invoices to ZATCA's Fatoora platform on your behalf beyond what is explicitly described in the product, and is not a substitute for professional tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for your own compliance with Saudi tax law.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service on behalf of a business.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

• Subscription plans, prices, and the free trial period are shown on our Pricing page and may change; we'll give notice of price changes before they apply to your next billing cycle.
• The free trial does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to keep using the account features.
• The "Pay As You Go" tool charges a small one-time fee per invoice as shown at the point of use; this is separate from any subscription.
• Payments may be made by card (processed by Moyasar) or bank transfer, as offered in the app. Bank transfer payments are manually reviewed before being confirmed.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the customer, product, and invoice data you enter. You grant us the right to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to store any customer information you enter (names, VAT numbers, contact details) and that doing so complies with applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: issue fraudulent or deliberately inaccurate invoices; violate any law, including Saudi tax and e-invoicing regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; or resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll try to give notice of changes that materially affect your use of paid features.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, don't pay fees due, or where required by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for tax penalties, fines, or losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on invoice calculations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account holders.
