SwiftPOS

POS software for shops in Saudi Arabia

A full till system that prints a ZATCA-compliant receipt with a QR code on every sale — and keeps stock, cashiers and daily takings straight without a second spreadsheet.

Runs in the browser. Data is saved on the server, so every device sees the same records.

Why it matters

The till is where the tax record actually starts

Most compliance problems in a small shop are not accounting problems. They start at the counter, when a sale is rung up on a till that prints a slip with no QR code, no VAT breakdown and no sequential number — and nobody notices until someone asks for the records.

A point-of-sale system that produces the correct document at the moment of sale removes the whole category. There is nothing to reconstruct later because the receipt was right the first time.

Features

What SwiftPOS does

Sell

Barcode scanning into a live cart, line discounts, a percentage discount on the whole basket, and subtotal, VAT and total calculated as you go.

Cash, card or mobile

Take payment by any of the three and have the method recorded against the sale, so end-of-day cash reconciles against what actually came in by card.

ZATCA receipts with QR

Receipt settings include the QR code, your store name, registration number, phone and address — the fields a compliant simplified tax invoice needs.

Products and stock

Add products once and let each completed sale draw stock down automatically. No separate stock count to keep in step.

Sales history

Filter by payment method and by date — today, last 7 days, this month, or a custom From/To range — and export the result to CSV.

Reports

Sales by payment method, sales by cashier, top products and a daily breakdown, so you can see which lines and which shifts are carrying the shop.

Users and roles

Staff accounts with limited permissions and administrator accounts that can add users. SwiftPOS is also where accounts for the other tools are created.

Country and tax settings

Country presets, currency code, symbol and position, plus the tax rate and what it is called — set once, applied everywhere.

How it works

Getting started

Set up the store

Enter the store name, VAT registration number, phone and address in Settings, pick the country preset and confirm the tax rate.

Load your products

Add products with their barcodes and prices. Stock levels start counting down from the first sale.

Start selling

Scan, take payment, print. The receipt carries the QR code and VAT breakdown without anyone having to remember.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does SwiftPOS print a ZATCA-compliant receipt?

Yes. The receipt settings include a QR code option alongside the store details a simplified tax invoice requires — store name, VAT registration number, phone and address — and the VAT amount is shown separately from the net.

Where is the data stored?

On the server, not in the browser on one machine. That means several devices see the same products, sales and stock levels rather than each keeping a private copy.

Can I limit what my staff can see?

Yes. Users have roles: staff accounts get restricted permissions while administrator accounts can add users and reach settings and reports.

Can I get the sales out of it?

Sales history exports to CSV, filtered by whichever date range and payment method you have selected, so you can hand a clean file to your accountant.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by an administrator. If you do not have one yet, message us on WhatsApp and we will set the first administrator account up for you.
